3. Once you’ve programmed access, your Google Nest Doorbell uses familiar face detection to confirm your neighbor as they proceed toward the door.
4. Your ADT security system will disarm and deactivate the lock when the individual is verified as an authorized guest.
5. You receive immediate notifications as your friend, neighbor, or family member enters and departs. The app also offers a complete log. 
6. When the trusted neighbor leaves, your smart door lock secures independently to shield your home.

You may provide access for anyone you want, such as a repair person, dog walker, or a partner who shows up when you’re away. This service is also beneficial during emergencies, particularly when you’re off site. To illustrate, if a water sensor goes off, your system can authorize event-driven access so a neighbor can switch off the water. Configuring permissions is simple with the helpful app.
